Return Policy

Summary: All sales are final. We only accept returns for products that arrive damaged during shipping.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Dissatisfaction with card pulls or box contents
- Price changes after purchase
Damaged Products
We stand behind our products and packaging. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we will provide a full refund. To qualify for a damaged product return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tclcards.com
- Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Include your order number in your email
- Keep all original packaging materials
Return Shipping
If your return is approved due to shipping damage:
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Ship the item within 7 days of receiving the return label
- Use the original packaging if possible
For any other approved returns (at our sole discretion), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
We do not offer store credit or exchanges.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@tclcards.com. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
